PRICING & PRODUCT INFORMATIONAll of our prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. We try our very best to ensure prices and product information are listed on the website correctly in the first instance, however, if by human error, something has been listed incorrectly, we reserve the right to amend prices. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We will endeavour to contact you and inform you of any pricing changes and from there, and you may choose to accept the new price or cancel your order. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
PAYMENT METHODSWe accept PayPal, Afterpay and Stripe (Secure Credit Card Payment) on the website.
STOCK AVAILABILITYStatus Collective makes every effort to ensure stock levels are accurate at time of purchase. However, if the item(s) you have ordered is not available, you will be issued a full refund for the out of stock item.
EXCHANGESIf you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you will need to place a new order. Due to the fast turnover of stock, we cannot guarantee that we will have your preferred size or colour in stock. We will provide you with a store credit (via email) within 5 days of receiving the original item/s.
RETURNSWe accept returns on full priced items within 14 days (21 days for International Orders) of placing your original purchase. This means we need to receive the return back to HQ within that timeframe. This excludes swimwear, intimates, jewellery, belts, accessories and sale items. Please note we do not cover return shipping costs and item/s must be sent back in original, unworn/unwashed condition. This includes packaging, all original tags attached, packing slip and proof of postage at the time of posting returned item/s. Status Collective reserves the right to deny a return if item/s are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way (this includes traces of perfume, deodorant, makeup etc.) In the event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable and items will be returned back to customer. We cannot accept returns due to wear and tear. All our returns are processed within 3-5 business days by our friendly team. Once a return has been approved you will be issued with a full store credit note to exchange the style. Please note that Status Collective do not offer refunds for change of mind.
HOW TO RETURNPlease email us at email@example.com so we are aware of your return. Once we receive your Return Request, Status Collective’s Returns team will ASSESS your return. Once your Return has been ‘Authorised’ Via Email, you can then send the item/s back to us. Returns must be sent to the following address with a copy of the provided return form and reasoning as to the return.

FAULTSAll orders shipped from Status Collective HQ are thoroughly inspected for any faults before dispatch. If you find any damages or faults to a product shipped to you, please report all faults within 24 hours of receiving them. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with all faults and digital images of the issues found. We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault. Status Collective does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. We reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing, due to low probability of fault after close inspection in the warehouse. If an item is deemed as having manufacturer damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item or full refund.
SALE ITEMSAll purchases of sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned, this includes promos or flash sales.
STORE CREDITSAll returns will be issued with a store credit, there is a 12 month expiry date on all store credits.
DELIVERY DAMAGEWe use protective packaging and reputable shipping companies, so damage during transit is rare. Please send us photos and details within 24 hours of receiving the damaged package. Please email us at email@example.com with all details.
