CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We will do our best to avoid and reduce the customs duties and taxes payable on all International orders. However, in the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties and taxes, the customer is required to pay all the Customs, Duties and Taxes on the order.
UK - If you are from the UK, please note that UK's customs are very strict and we recommend you reading about your possible custom duties and VAT liability prior to purchase.
When ordering from us, you:
△ don't have to pay Excise Duty;
△ may have to pay Customs Duty on goods with a value that exceeds £135;
△ will have to pay import VAT on goods with a value that exceeds £15;
Customs Duty is waived if the amount of duty calculated is £9 or under. Please note that because we are not a registered business in the UK, we are not legally able to charge you the VAT. The VAT will be charged by UK customs upon entry into the UK.

FREE SHIPPINGWe also offer free express shipping on orders over $150 AUD to Australia and $250 AUD to NZ. If a delivery is attempted whilst no one is home Australia Post will leave you a card to take to the specified post office where you can then sign for your new items and take them home. If your order has been placed via express post, delivery time is estimated at 1-2 business days (Australia wide). This excludes weekends and public holidays.
DISPATCHAll stocked items will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from the date the order was placed. Some specialty or Pre-order items may take longer to ship; customers will be notified if so. Please note that all orders are sent via Australia Post prior to 3pm AEST on weekdays only.
SHIPPING TIMES & TRACKINGAll items will be delivered via Australia Post E-Parcel or Express Post. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
DELIVERY TIMEAll orders made before 9:00 am (AEDT/ Sydney Time) Monday to Friday, are Picked, Packed, and Shipped off the same day. All orders made on weekends, will be fulfilled the following business day. Please allow up to 48 hours for your orders to be dispatched during sale periods.
△ Australia orders: If you have not received your items within 5 business days of making your order please email us with your order number. In most cases, this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and unfortunately you were not home! Resulting in your parcel to be waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.
△ International orders: If you have not received your order after (Express: 6 days), Please track your package to find its location and call your national postal service with your tracking number.
ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERYCustomers are responsible for organising their own acceptance of items based on the delivery options they chose. Any re-delivery of parcels needs to be arranged and paid for by the customer.
INCORRECT ADDRESSIt is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods.
ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVEAustralia Post online tools can be used to track your parcel. We encourage customers to track parcels. Status Collective is not responsible for fault of delivery by Australia Post. Please let us know if you have any issues but unfortunately we are not able to refund in these circumstances.
PRODUCTS MISSING FROM AN ORDERShould a product be missing from an order when received, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and the product code or product name of the product you ordered, and we will make the appropriate investigations.
